Join us Wednesday, August 17, 7pm at the LA Greens monthly meeting at the Peace Center.

1) Lisa Taylor represented LA Greens at the NO NUKE summit in the Bay Area and will give a report. More than 60 California groups met for the first statewide Anti- Nuclear post-Fukushima Summit.

2) August 20 - 21, 2011 - GPCA Strategy Gathering in Ventura, CA
All California registered Greens are welcome. Join us in beautiful Ventura, on California's central coast, for a weekend of fun, inspiration, information and activation!

2) Upcoming tabling events: The New World F.E.S.T. on the beaches of Santa Monica, Oct. 7-9. We have a booth and need to schedule A LOT of volunteers.

The Los Angeles Greens meet the third Wednesday of every month at 7PM at The Peace Center, 8124 W. Third St., Los Angeles, CA 90048.
Meetings are free (donations accepted) and open to the public. Children are welcome.
