Join us on Wednesday, Feb. 16

Join us at our L.A. Greens meeting Wednesday, Feb. 16, 7pm, at the Peace Center (details below).

We'll discuss Measures and Candidates for the March City of Los Angeles Primary Election.

From the Clean Money and Fair Election folks:
Measure H, on the March 8th L.A. city ballot, will rein in pay-to-play politics by big city contractors and help get elected officials out of the fundraising game. In an election as low a turnout as this (predicted to be as low as 10-13%), every single call and vote will count!

We'll also report on our GPCA Voter Registration Drive.

Bring some vegetarian snacks or drinks to share with the group if you can.

**** Please become an LA Greens' sustainer or make a one-time donation.

We are all volunteers and our grassroots group is very frugal. We need your donations to purchase outreach materials.

Post your suggestions on how we should vote. I generally agree with the Greens and don't have the time to research it myself.
