The word is spreading for "oil spills" to happen in the plaza at Arco HQ on 5th/Flower downtown over the Gulf spill, in whatever form the acting group wants to take -- some using real oil, some using chocolate syrup, some doing it symbolically/dramatically. Obviously, each person has to chose whatever level of action or potential consequences they feel comfortable with.
